Prestigioso reconocimiento internacional por la excelencia en impresión

SATO, proveedor líder mundial de soluciones de identificación automática que permiten impulsar la productividad de los empleados y optimizar las operaciones ha anunciado que SATO Printing ha recibido el premio Best of the Best en los premios Label Industry Global Awards 2016.

SATO premiado en la categoría tipografía por el Té Premium “Keikacha”, recibió el premio en la ceremonia celebrada en Labelexpo Americas 2016 en Chicago el 13 de Septiembre.

Los premios ‘Best of the Best’ se entregan a los ganadores de L9 World Label Awards en cinco categorías:

• Impresión de combinación,
• Impresión de tipografía
• Impresión Offset Litho
• Impresión flexográfica
• Impresión digital

 
Las características que fueron reconocidos de Keikacha incluyen la impresión metálica, impresión de barniz y recubrimiento laminado, que le dan un aspecto y un tacto de primera calidad. El producto final presenta una capacidad técnica de impresión por parte de SATO para regular la presión de impresión y garantizar la inscripción de una impresión precisa.

Garantizar la exactitud de registro de impresión y evitando diseños de medios tonos irregulares (cuando pequeños puntos semitonos se mezclan en la reproducción de impresión) fue un desafío que requería un sistema de prueba / error para poder superarlo. Los premios Label Industry Global Awards 2016 y el premio Best of the Best es un testimonio del gran trabajo en equipo de SATO que se esfuerza para aumentar aún más la capacidad de técnica y diseño.

Prestigious international recognition for printing excellence

SATO, a leading global provider of Auto-ID solutions that empower workforces and streamline operations, announced that SATO Printing received the Best of the Best Award at Label Industry Global Awards 2016.

It was awarded in the letterpress category for the premium Japanese tea, “Keikacha.” It received the award at a ceremony held at Labelexpo Americas 2016 in Chicago on September 13.

The ‘Best of the Best’ Awards are presented to L9 World Label Awards winners in five categories:

• Combination Printing
• Letterpress Printing
• Offset Litho Printing
• Flexographic Printing
• Digital Printing

Features that were recognized for Keikacha include metallic printing, varnish printing and laminate coating which give a premium look and feel. The finished product showcases SATO’s technical printing capability to regulate printing pressure and ensure accurate printing registration.

Ensuring print registration accuracy and avoiding patchy halftone patterns (when tiny halftone dots are blended in print reproduction) were challenges requiring trial and error to overcome. The Label Industry Global Awards 2016 Best of the Best Award is a testament to SATO’s strong teamwork as it strives to further increase its technical and design capability.
